Apple’s MacBook Pro is slimmer and received a small touch display between keyboard and screen as an additional input option. With the new concept, the company wants to recapture its former supremacy in the notebook sector.
Apple CEO Tim Cook opened the presentation with a review of the pioneer days of his company: “This week is an important in the history of Apple,” he said, referring to the idea of the legendary PowerBooks almost exactly a quarter century. The new MacBook Pro will continue the series of innovative Apple notebooks and put on the market new impetus. It comes in two sizes: a 13-inch and a 15-inch screen – both have become much thinner.
